Feb. 28, 2020--The court just entered the following minute order--

MINUTE ORDER. In view of 37 the Joint Status Report, the court enters the following schedule governing further proceedings in this matter: (1) Defendants shall file the administrative record on or before April 2, 2020, and the administrative record shall be provided in electronic form with each page bates-numbered sequentially; (2) Plaintiffs shall file their motion for summary judgment on or before May 19, 2020; (3) Defendants shall file their response, including, if necessary, any cross-motion for summary judgment, on or before July 20, 2020; (4) Plaintiffs shall file their reply (if any) by August 19, 2020; (5) Defendants shall file their reply (if any) by Sept. 18, 2020; and (6) Plaintiffs shall file the required appendix containing excerpts from the administrative record on or before October 9, 2020.

That means that Mr. Silver will be filing a summary judgment motion on May 19, 2020. Anyone interested in filing an amicus brief should contact Stu well before that date to discuss the required procedural steps.
